Voted Industry Leader of the Year (2010) by The Automotive Service Association of Washington, Dudley Bain is the man behind the vision of Benefit Consultants Northwest. Dudley has been serving the northwest insurance market for more than 35 years with extensive leadership involvement in management, marketing and service. Dudley was past co-founder, Executive Committee Chair, and Shareholder of two Washington based health and life insurance companies: American Shield Insurance Co. and Universal Security Life. Dudley is active in the community at large, the insurance community and regulatory/legislative events. As the President of Benefit Consultants Northwest, Dudley is committed to his idea of a full- service brokerage office which advocates on behalf of the client assisting with analytical, legal, and actuarial services.

John Hinkemeyer

John has been with Benefit Consultants Northwest since 2002. John works closely with his clients in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. John works with the Automotive and Real Estate industries specializing in group medical plans and employee benefits. John assists his group clients and their employees to save money through various pretax programs. John offers products such as medical, dental, life, disability and more.

Brian Neumiller

Brian has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry as a benefits agent. Brian joined BCNW in 2013 and specializes in the Individual and Medicare markets with a passion for finding the best fit for his client based on utilization, network and premium price point.

R. Jeff Dean

Account Executive

Jeff has over 20 years experience in the Employee Benefits field. With the changing benefits landscape, Jeff has been able to use his talents to find the best solutions for his clients. These solutions include: fully funded plans, HRA’s, HSA’s and self- insured plans. Jeff works with all areas of benefits including: Medical, Dental, Disability, Life and Voluntary. He is married and has two sons.

Tammy Fackler

Tammy has extensive background in small business administration. Tammy assists with ensuring that the billing on the Trust products are completed and reconciled accurately.

Mariann has been with BCNW nearly 5 years. Mariann has an extensive background in the legal services field which helps to ensure the accuracy of our processing. Mariann is the ‘behind the scenes’ support that helps our office run smoothly; she is an asset to our team.
